Room To Rent ASAP

I am moving out to look for more suitable accommodation closer to London. There are two rooms in the house available, one slightly bigger than the other; both comfortably fit a double bed. The contract exists until june 2015. We are looking for people to replace us on the contract, so will need to be full time employed with the relevant guarantors etc. Am mostly free for viewings in the evenings and weekends but can be flexible.

The house is large and ideally located on the adjacent road to Norbiton train station (30 mins to Waterloo, 10 mins to Wimbledon). There are also various bus links within five minutes walk to Wimbledon, Putney, Clapham common etc.
