Bright maisonette in a friendly community in central Kingston. We have a double room with double bed (bed in pic replaced) available for rent with one male professional, who works in central London. The room includes new bed and mattress, desk, chair, built in wardrobe, and well heated. Shared bathroom and large kitchen with all mod-cons; TV, oven, hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, smoothie maker!! :-) Visitor parking available in the car park.

Rent is 650pcm and bills come to approx 120pcm each (water bill included with rent). This also includes the visit of a cleaner every fortnight, although the flat should be kept clean at all times regardless. We have Virgin TV & 50mb broadband, and wi-fi throughout. I will require a reference from your previous landlord and a payslip or letter from employer confirming employment please. Sorry, but we will not consider couples.
