Deposit:
1 months rent (£520) which cannot be used the last months rent or for bills. The contract is initially for 3 months, then we can go from there. If you want to leave, you will need to give 1 months notice.

There is a 3 piece bathroom, and the kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, gas hob/oven. There is an outdoor patio which in summer is great for barbecues.
