Hi!

We are looking for a fourth house mate to move in. We are between 29-30 years old, and are a couple and one girl, who all get on really well with a good friendly dynamic in the house. (Not too coupley!!). We work in Art, Wine, Tourism and Publishing so we like our fun, but work very hard during the week, but like to enjoy our weekends by either going out, or relaxing/cooking and gyming!

The room available is a double and is on the 3rd floor of the house. The bathroom is shared with one other person. There is a further WC on the ground floor, and a large open plan kitchen and lounge area. We also have a large garden, which is great in the summer time.

The house is in a great location for people commuting as it is a 5 minute walk from Kingston BR and the town centre, and is 5 minutes from the River Thames and Richmond Park.

We are looking for a housemate of similar interests and age, and clean and tidy. This definitely isn't a student house, so friendly professionals only need apply.

Bills are included, references (employment and previous landlord) are required.
