Lovely 3 bed flat overlooking Richmond Park

Hi I am looking to find 2 professional girls to share a 3 bedroom flat near Kingston Hill. All three rooms are good sized doubles and there is a kitchen and living room with a balcony overlooking Richmond park. The rent is £450 per month and the council tax is around £50 per month.
Its in a lovely area with some nice pubs nearby and literally right next door to the park - there is a lock up shed to store bikes if you like. The flat is about 10/15 min walk to Norbiton station which is a direct line to Waterloo. Local buses stop nearby which will take you to Kingston, Putney, Roehampton and Surbiton.
Its also really close walking distance to Kingston Hospital. Kingsnympton Estate is very safe with a mixture of private owners, renters and families.
The girls who have been living there have made it very cosy and kept it really clean and tidy so we would like the new girls to keep up the same standards. One of the rooms is already occupied by Katia who is studying for her post grad finals and appreciates a quieter lifestyle so we are not really wanting it to be party central! Katia will be moving out at the end of September and we will need to fill her room too.
The flat is not huge so we are looking for one person for each room so sorry - no couples or sharers.
