Spacious double room in tadworth/kingswood

We are 2 sister looking for a happy laid back room mate. I am 27 and my sister is 30. Our work and social lives leave us little time to chill and relax so want some1 with similar life style or respectful of personal space. But We also want some1 we could share takeaways and a bottle of wine with while we argue over the remote. Hehe. We are both clean and tidy but not ridiculous with it. We tidy up after ourselves and would the expect the same from u.

Our house is in a great location just down from the m25 (junction 8) good for commuting to the airports. We are also on the a217 leading to Epsom Sutton Banstead cheam ewell tadworth. With many other surrounding areas such as redhill and Reigate which has a direct route into London by train. (3miles)

The room is a spacious double with large bright window. The room is unfurnished so a clear space for someone to do as they wish.
