Double Room

I have a spare Double room to rent out in a 2 Bedroom, Ground floor flat in Knaphill. The rent will be £500 per month including all bills. There will be wifi available and an allocated parking space. The room is Furnished and has a tv point.

The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The flat is within a 20 minute walk of Brookwood Station which has direct links into London. It is also 5 mins walk from Knaphill high street and a 10 minute drive to either Woking or Guildford town centre.
The flat has a large shared living room with cable tv and a shared kitchen with all amenities including washing machine and Tumble dryer. There is also a communial garden with washing lines.
I am the live in landlord and am a 37 year old single female professional. I would like a friendly housemate who has similar interests to me who likes to have a chat but also likes their own space.

NB: Would consider Mon-Fri for less money to be negotiated.
