Woking has theatres cinema's and reasonable shopping. Guildford is 8 miles away where clubs bars cinema and theatres are found. The house is located within walking distance of a park which leads to woodland. Plenty of places to jog or walk. There are a few nices pubs within walking distance and plenty of lovely eateries. Knaphill has plenty of takeaways as well as some nice places to eat. There are plenty of gyms if that is your need. A swimming pool and leisure complex is situated in Woking. Owner is looking for an easy going person who is full time employed.
