You would share the house with the live in landlord and would share the rest of the house. Your room would be a double room with a double bed and wardrobe. The house has a new bathroom with power shower, big TV with sky available downstairs. Wifi is also available.
Have rented a room a few times now with contractors at Mclearn in woking and it's worked very well in the past. The drive to McL is only 5-10 mins drive. Woking train station is also a 5-10 minute drive and Brookwood train station is about 5 mins. Also great links to M25, M3, and M4.
