Double room to rent in a period property, Knaphill

I have a recently decorated double room, unfurnished (to include an optional double wardrobe if required), available to rent in Knaphill from mid-August. The house is a traditional two up two down with original features and a homely feel.

This room is available as part of a house share with me. The living room, dining room and kitchen are available for communal use, as well as the garden. I'm looking for someone who's clean and tidy, and willing to chip in with the housework from time to time. Parking available in a communal car park, a few seconds from the front door, and close to local amenities including shops, restaurants and pubs. Looking for a professional for a minimum of 6 months.

A bit about me, I work full time in Bracknell and London so out of the house all day Monday to Friday but I like to spend time at home over the weekends and from time to time like to have friends and family over. I enjoy going out for a drink (or a few) with friends, running and box sets!
