Beautiful flat in Leatherhead town centre so very close to all of the amenities and a 7 minute walk to the station. I'm moving back in there this week as my tenants are vacating and whilst I complete my PhD I need to find a lodger to help with the bills and provide good company in the evenings if both feel inclined. My girlfriend may come over a few evenings a week but I also may be out a few nights a week. Happy for you to have occasional visitors as long as they are also clean and respectful

Please note that the pictures were taken in 2007 when I first bought the property. Currently empty so you have free reign with bedroom configuration.

Property has 2 double bedrooms, I'll be taking the largest as I need to fit my desk in there. The second bedroom is a generous double with a large walk-in wardrobe area.

There is a main bathroom which would be for your use (almost) exclusively, I need to get it tiled and a shower fitted as it only has a bath in there presently. Outside space is a large decking area with a BBQ.

Parking space available.

I'm looking for somebody clean and respectful, good fun and easy to get along with. It would be PERFECT if you only wanted a 5 day arrangement, but open to a 7 day lodger too.
