Large Double Bedroom in Modern Townhouse. On top floor of 3 storey house sharing a bathroom with one other girl on that floor. The house is located in a private gated development in Maybury, Woking. We have private parking as well as visitor parking.

The room has cream carpet, and measures around 12 by 13 foot in an L shape. It can be part furnished, but you will need to bring some things. The room has double glazed windows which overlook the front of the house.

The house is fully equiped with large screen TV in lounge, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, wireless broadband, Freeview HD, and all other mod cons etc. There is a small garden which is mainly used in the summer. We have a locked bike shed too.

10 minute walk to Woking station.

We are three late 20s/early 30s professionals working 9-5 nearby. We are very easy going and enjoy usual things - cinema, meals, staying in, going out. We are ideally looking for a similarly aged professional, considerate, polite, tidy etc.

Rent is £560/month with 6 weeks' deposit + a month upfront.
