The room is very small but clean and comfortable with a large single bed (4') a chest of drawers, a built in cupboard with hanging space and space for a small desk or shelves if needed. The house has all mod cons including wi-fi and a spacious kitchen/diner/living room plus decking and a garden. There is on street parking nearby and a bus stop just around the corner with regular buses to town and the university. Or a half hour walk to town. Local shops (M&S, Boots etc) are a 5 min walk away. To share with landlord and 2 other lodgers…all friendly and easy going. We are looking for someone who is considerate about noise and is clean and tidy - very important!! Female only please.
