The house is located in Mitcham, close to the Streatham Vale border, in a nice quiet residential area.

THE WHOLE HOUSE has been decorated to a high standard, and is modern with a lovely neutral theme throughout.

The Single bedroom has recently been decorated in a neutral clour palette.
The single room is well proportioned, and is light and airy. The bed room furniture is comprised of a single bed, a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. The bedroom has a neutral toned carpet. The single room looks out onto a quiet tree lined road.

The Double bedroom has been newly decorated and has a new double bed, a chest of drawers a double wardrobe and new neutral toned bedroom carpet. The Double bedroom looks out to the garden.

The property has a back garden, which has been fitted with a rotary airer for clothes drying. Street parking is freely available on the road.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with all the usual mod cons, washing machine/
microwave/toaster/fridge freezer etc.

The lovely bathroom (which also has a shower) and toilet, are two separate rooms, with the toilet also housing a cloakroom basin.

The house is just a few minutes walk from the 255/60 & 118 bus stops, with good links into Mitcham, Tooting, Wimbledon and neighbouring areas, such as Norbury, Streatham, Brixton, Croydon etc. The 118 bus route travels to Mordern tube station, which is part of the Northern line tube.

Mitcham Eastfields, Streatham Common and Norbury train stations are all located nearby, with quick links into the west end, city and beyond.
