Due to only one bathroom the room is for an individual, no couples. Ideally looking for someone who is sporty, active and independent but also enjoys spending time with housemates.

Easy transport links, 10 minute walk to Colliers Wood underground (northern line), 5 minutes from Tooting overground, bus stops at the end of the road.

Rent excludes bills which will be split between 3 people. House has one off road parking space which can be used where required😊
