This is a large double size room which has only a single bed (good back support mattress)
For long term could include double bed size.

Clothes hanging facilities, chest of drawers, pine desk with drawers and cupboards good size upholstered desk armchair and tea making equipment in room.
Good broadband in house. Sunny room with double glazing and very quiet

Shared use of bathroom, kitchen, living room and large garden.

I am a single male aged 60 (retired teacher)and I work freelance from home.
I would prefer a person male or female, straight or gay who has a quiet disposition and is happy to chat on occasion as we pass on the stairs and if we get on I am happy to sit and enjoy a meal or glass of wine. I am not looking for a companion just someone who will appreciate living in a clean, quiet, well furnished house. Preferably someone who is out at work most day times (or shift) as I often work from home.
It would also suit anyone who needs a base in London during the week Mon - Fri.

TRAVEL - 5 minutes walk to Tram which travels to Wimbledon in 7 mins (district and main line ) or Croydon in 15 mins. (Gatwick in 45 mins)
Colliers Wood (northern line) is approx 1 mile walk or on bus route.
Other stations include Mitcham Junction approx 15 mins walking distance and Mitcham Eastfields 15 mins.
I can also offer off street parking facilities with lock up gates. (negotiable with rent)
The rent is all inclusive of cleaning products etc.
Please be tidy and be prepared to clean your own room on a regular basis and the bath/basin/toilet after use.
I have a cat who is very friendly and would not have access to your room unless invited.

I am happy to begin tenancy earlier than 1/7/16 if required and would negotiate the part month rent.
