Single Room in Bright House - Tooting Station

Single room available in comfortable colourful house near Tooting Station. There's two people in the house already plus Campbell the cat. There's a lounge looking over the garden and a kitchen/diner. The room has a wardrobe, 4-ft bed, chest of drawers & book case etc. The rent is inclusive of all bills and there's a month's rent payable as a deposit.

You'll be sharing with one woman and one man - late 40's/mid 30's. We are not a couple! One of us works in the community/charity sector and the other is a journalist. We are looking for a friendly person who's independent but up for sharing a glass of wine or meal occasionally.

If you despise the Daily Mail and prefer the Guardian this could be the house for you. We are looking for someone aged 26 years or more. Mature and/or Phd students welcome. Gay or straight; male or female - you're welcome. You'll need to help keep the house clean and tidy and you will be a non-smoker.

As for location the house is 5 mins from Tooting station with its link to Wimbledon [and the line to Waterloo or the District Line] or into the City. Tooting Broadway Tube [Northern Line] is 5 minutes away by bus, and there are lots of buses! For those who are new to Tooting it's a lively town centre famed for its curry houses and increasingly lively pubs.

The room is for one person only, no couples or room sharers.
