We now have a room available in this 3 bedroom house in Mitcham, that was redecorated less than a year ago. The room is on the first floor at the front of the property. It features a double bed with luxurious mattress and under bed storage drawers, built in wardrobes and overhead storage, and a desk and chair, which overlooks the large bay windows.


The ideal person would be clean, respectable, and not wanting to have someone else stay often.

There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, a kitchen, and shared dining area, which leads out on to the garden.

A parking space on the drive is available if required, while public transport is also convenient, as we are close to Mitcham tram station, and various bus stops, including the N44 nightbus, which runs from Aldwych/Charing Cross. 1 stop on the tram to Mitcham Junction, where there are regular trains to London Victoria, plus further connections via Wimbledon, Croydon, and Tooting.

There are local shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre, with further shops there including a Boots, Superdrug, Asda, Morrisons and Lidl.

We are also very near to other places that have a wider range of shops including Wimbledon, Tooting, and Sutton. Croydon retail park including Ikea is reachable via a 10 minute tram journey.
