Fabulous room share - Mitcham Eastfields

Looking for a new gay lad to come join us in our lovely house share. We are a mixed friendly group, some of us work shift work and the others regular office hours. The house has a large kitchen with 2 fridges and sitting room with Sky tv. There are 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a shower over the bath. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Outside we have a big table with chairs and a little barbecue for your inner MasterChef. There is also an outhouse with washing machine and dryer and loads of space to air clothes (really helpful in winter) There is free on street parking and Mitcham Eastfields train station is 10-15min walk. Connects with the Northern line, Victoria line and Clapham Junction. The neighborhood is really nice but quiet and there is a large common a short walk away.

What's included: rent, your share of all the bills, sky, weekly cleaner
What you need: one month's rent, one month's rent for a security deposit, a work reference and a former landlord reference.
