This comfortable home comprises of 3 double bedrooms (one available) with a bathroom and an open plan kitchen on the ground floor leading out onto the rear garden perfect for those summer barbecues.

The house Virgin Media - High speed fibre optic broadband, power shower/bath, central heating, plenty of fridge/freezer space, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, off street parking and we have a cleaner that comes once a week.

The house is situated conveniently close to local amenities Asda, Sainsburys, about 7-10 minute bus ride to either Streatham Common or Mitcham Eastfieds. The trains run every 10 minutes and takes 15 min to Victoria, 20 min to London Bridge or 30 min to shepherds bush station (Westfield Shopping centre)

The rent is £120 for a single person or £140 for a couple. All bills are inclusive apart from gas and electricity.
