Located in Tooting, with easy access to many shops and the high street. A 3 minute walk to nearest bus stops and Tooting mainline station (Thameslink; 2 stops from Wimbledon, or 6 to Blackfriars), a 10-15 minute walk (or 3 minutes by bus) to Tooting Broadway underground (Northern line).
