Description about the area:

The flat is on the 1st floor and it is located very close to Mitcham Town Center, 10 Mins walk from Mitcham Eastfield station (trains to Victoria and Blackfriars). Literally 3-4 mins walk from all local shops such as Morrison, Lidl, Poundland and Iceland and all local Pubs and Restaurants.

The local transport is very good and close to the flat:

- 5-6 different bus routes which are literally just opposite to the flat.
- Wimbledon is 25 mins by Tram
- Croydon is 25 mins by bus
- Toting Broadway is 15 mins by bus

Mitcham is a good strategic location because it has got so many shops so you can go shopping on foot, but it is not far from Wimbledon, Tooting and Croydon... Mitcham Eastfield station is just after Balham and Streatham... It is just below the SW London... in the beginning of Surrey.... but it is still London.. 12 mins train to Victoria... so it is closer to West side of London than East... (which is easily reachable by trains).

Transport: 10 minutes walk to Mitcham Eastfield rail station with trains to Blackfriars (24 min.), Farringdon (30 min.), Victoria (19 min), Clapham Junction (10 min). 3 buses, running every 5-8 minutes during the day are literally at your doorstep taking you to Tooting Broadway at Northern line (12-15 min. in morning\evening rush hours) or to south towards Morden and Croydon center. The night bus will deliver you to and from Victoria. Mitcham tram station is 10 minutes walk and the tram takes you to Wimbledon in 15 minutes.
