We are three young professionals looking for a fourth to make our new house their home with us!
We are looking for someone easy going and fun, but also clean and tidy and willing to get involved with household life.
Whilst we all have our own lives, we do spend time together and want someone to join in and become a mate not just a housemate.

About us:
We work in retail, media and TV in central London. We have lived in Tooting for a couple of years and feel very safe and at home here. We like evenings out, reading, art, music, fashion, watching movies and rubbish tv, cooking and occasionally keeping fit!

Our House:
The room is a good size double in a 4 bedroom house. We fell in love with the place on our first viewing - it's spacious, airy and bright. The whole house has just been refurbished, with a large kitchen, dining room, living room, brand new bathroom and great sized garden.
The house is in a fantastic location in Tooting, just 5 minutes walk from Tooting Station, and 10-15 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway Underground as well as Tooting shops and supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tescos, Primark, New Look, Starbucks, TK Maxx)
There is also a bus stop at the end of the road (2 minute walk) which takes you to Tooting Broadway underground in 5 minutes. There's also some good pubs and the Tram and Social for a good night out!

The house is currently being finished after a full refurb (you can still smell the fresh paint!). We are hoping to move in within the next couple of weeks and will confirm move in date asap.
