There are several banks and a Morrisons, Superdrugs, Lidl, Tescos, Poundland, fish mongers and fresh meat and veg stores within walking distance, a local library, free tennis courts and outdoor gym 5 mins from house. Colliers Wood is ten mins away by bus and there is a shopping centre with many high street stores located there. Tooting Broadway has a Primark, TK Max and other high street stores as well as lots of restaurants. Streatham Hill is ten mins away with a good array of independent restaurants and a cinema hall.

There are lots of green areas to exercise or work out in locally, Morden Park Hall is ten mins away and a beautiful place to visit with greenery, lakes and a river.
