I have a cosy double bedroom available in a clean tidy two double bedroom flat in the well known Tooting/Mitcham area of London.

The room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The living room, bathroom and kitchen will be shared.

The living room has a television, blu ray player and there is fast virgin media broadband throughout the property.

The kitchen has all the essentials including washing machine, dryer and microwave..

Free parking available.

No couples please.

Please note I work from home 5 days a week.

The area is safe and extremely cosmopolitan. Tooting centre is typical London, a lively chaotic busy area with plenty of restuarants, pubs, cafes and a large indoor market. Mitcham has large open green spaces. Tooting Bec common with excellent green spaces nearby. Wimbledon is famous for its shops, restaurants, elegant buildings and of course the tennis.

Tube: Tooting Broadway (Northern line)is 20 minutes walk or 8 minutes by regular bus service opposite flat

Trains: Tooting Station is less than 10 minutes walk where you can get to Wimbledon in 5 minutes, Elephant & Castle in 22 minutes, Blackfriars (South Bank River Thames, London Eye, Tate Modern) in 25 minutes and Farringdon in the City in 31 minutes
