The room is on offer to a professional in full time employment looking for a house share with one other. (Max 1-2d/wk WFH).
Ladies only, 2 people in total in the household with shared bathroom so someone with similar standards is important.

Furnished with a double wardrobe, chest-of-drawers, shoe cupboard, tv, double bed and good quality mattress with under bed storage. You would be welcome to add a desk and chair.

Bathroom, Kitchen, Lounge and Dining room and Back Garden are shared spaces.
The house is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.
The kitchen has the usual: Dishwasher, Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine.

Take the Bus (154/164/157) to Morden Underground Station for the Northern Line.

5 Minutes Walk to Overground (Home stop: St Helier) taking you into the heart of London via Wimbledon, Blackfriars, St Paul’s, Kings Cross and beyond.

If you have a car, parking on the street in the area is free and its a good area for free-flowing traffic access to lovely Surrey (A24/A217) and hence the M25 and beyond.

There is a lovely park and new gym nearby.
Also a corner shop for forgotten essentials 3 minutes away and lots of easily accessible Supermarkets i. e. Sainsbury’s/Lidl/Co-Op/Asda/Tesco/Aldi dotted around.
