Furnished double bedroom for a professional single

You would be sharing this unique mid terrace house with two other male professionals. The house is located in front of a park in a super quiet cul-de-sac. The house is super clean with lots of character. The room is medium sized with very comfortable kingsize mattress and two corner wardrobes. Extra storage in a drawer under the bed and on a loft, if needed. This first floor bedroom overseas our private, nicely landscaped, garden with a roof over the decking for extended season.

There is a shared kitchen and a living room. Two bathrooms, one on each floor. The first floor bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Wooden floors throughout the house.

Kitchen with two fridges, one freezer, washing machine, free wifi and all other necessary amenities.

We are looking for a clean and a quiet professional who will respect the house rules. We have a house keeper come once a week to clean the house. All bills included except for house cleaning, £40 paid weekly. We take turns paying her, thus you pay £40 every 3 weeks.
