Very Spacious Double Room

We are on the lookout for a friendly and easy-going new flatmate to join our 4 room professional house share in SM4.

Sadly our fourth flat mate is relocating abroad so we now need a relaxed, social and tidy person to join us. You would be joining two females (who don’t WFH) and one male (who WFH) who have all happily lived together for a number of years.

We enjoy hanging out together and have regular film nights on our living room projector, BBQ’s in our garden, and quiz nights together. ideally we’re looking for someone with exceptional trivia knowledge as our current pub quiz scores have been a little low…

The property has 2 bathrooms so you would only share with one other person. The room for let is neutral decor and a generous size so there is plenty of space for a desk if you WFH. The room will be unfurnished, but the flatmate who is leaving is happy to leave the furniture for a small cost.

Extra info: We have two fridge/freezers and decent storage space, and a small room we use to dry our laundry too. We also have two outside sheds which can be used for bicycles. Bills are divided equally between the 4 of us each month. Each person takes responsiblity for one bill.

Travel stuff:
12-15 minute walk away from Morden underground station and town centre (big Sainsbury’s & Lidl)
5 minute walk to South Merton Station (Thames Link to London Bridge/Kings Cross etc or Sutton).
