This double room is available for sublet from 26 April to 25 June since I will be away in South Korea during that time and I am looking for someone who can occupy my room during that time.
The house is located 5 minutes away by walk from Morden Underground station (Northern Line) and Morden Hall Park. It has a garden, kitchen and a bathroom which are shared with 3 other friendly people.
The room has a wardrobe, desk, table of drawers and a double bed.
Rent is £700 per month, bills inclusive.
