Single Bedroom Available From 1 September :)

Hi! we are looking for a flatmate to occupy a single bedroom available on 1 September 2014.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Morden South train station and several bus stops. Bus 93 passes the area which is 24 hours in operation, towards wimbledon/putney or north cheam.

It's also in close proximity to Morden underground tube station where several local stores and groceries are located.

The flat has 3 bedrooms. One single room is available at £265 per month. The room is furnished with a double bed or you can bring your own bed and furnitures.

One month deposit required and payment for the first month. The bills are divided equally among all the flatmates including council tax, electricity, gas/heating, water and fast broadband connection. Usually around £60ish during this time. But of course will slightly increase during winter.

I am also a flatmate currently living here with my husband. We are friendly and we love cooking. Although we work most days of the week, we enjoy hanging out with flatmates when time permits. :-)
