Single room in flat near to Morden station

The living area

We are a young (in our 30s) working professional couple looking for a new housemate as our current housemate is leaving for a new job! We have a spare double room with a built-in wardrobe ideally suited for a single person. The flat is located in a nice quiet area 5-7 minutes walk from Morden station (northern line) there's also short bus rides to Wimbledon, Putney and Kingston. The flat is also a 5 minute walk from Morden South train station, 10 min walk from Morden road tram station and the beautiful Morden Hall Park.

The flat has an open kitchen/lounge and we've worked hard to make it feel like a home. There is a shared bathroom as well as a separate toilet and loft for storage. We also have the added bonus of a car parking space.

We are looking for a clean and tidy professional to occupy the room. We like socializing but also respect others privacy.

All bills included (broadband, water, gas and electric). Two weeks deposit required.
