Bright double room in 3-bed apartment

Hi,

I am a private landlord, who has a flat to let to young professionals.
I am seeking friendly, clean and respectful tenants. The flat is really spacious (130 sq metres) and very bright. Storage for bicyles is available in a communal storage cupboard.

It is just a 4 min walk to Morden tube station, so Bank station (Threadneedle Street) is only 30 mins away and you will always have a seat! Clapham is less than 15 mins and Tooting, Wimbledon and Balham are less than 10.

Morden is a really safe area with lots of shops and amenities. There are Sainsbury's, LIDL and Iceland within 3 mins of the flat and some nice parks around too, including Morden Hall Park, which is very beautiful. Morden Park is a 2 minute walk and is a great park for a 5km run. There is a gym and a swimming pool located there too.

Council tax and water included.
Gas/ electric and broadband are not.
