The room has one main single bed and a folding bed. It is best for one person but if couple only married couples. However, if more than 1 person the rent increases with £70 per person. The room looks to the front garden. It is quite and friendly, within 1 min to Bus stop and 5 min Bus ride to Morden tube station. It is partly furnished. We prefer short term lodgers up to 1 year but it can be negotiated. Share of kitchen and bathroom and front garden. Overnight visitors only with permission of landlord. The lodgers are required to sign a written agreement about rent and conditions. Notice to quit - 1 month both sides. References required.
