Double Room close to Morden Tube

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our large, modern three bedroom flat, situated just 10 minutes walk from Morden Tube.

This lovely apartment has a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, loads of completely free, residential parking space right outside the property and - best of all - a large garden with a patio. We have superfast 200mb Virgin Internet and even have a outhouse you can use as a studio, a spare bedroom for guests, anything really.

You'll have a sunny, spacious double room with a large front of house window. It comes complete with a new double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk. Obviously we can whisk these out if you’ve got your own things.

You'll be joining three of us (one couple, one guy) who are all professionals working in London. We are completely normal (!) and are pretty sociable and outgoing people.
