The lounge (with indoor gas fire place), dining room and kitchen are located on the ground floor which will be shared by 3 people maximum.

The house is located near King Georges Recreation field and Morden Park. Nearby Towns are Morden, Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Sutton, Worcester Park.

There's two bus stops outside the front door, Bus 413 that takes you straight to Morden Station (10min plus approx.) and in the other direction to Sutton Town Centre. From Morden Station you have the start of the Northern Line which takes about 25 minutes to Waterloo. There's also Bus 163 which is a 5 minutes walk from the house which takes you to Raynes Park (south west trains - to Waterloo) and to Wimbledon (20 min). This bus goes to Morden as well.
