The room is nice and bright overlooking the back garden in a lovely clean house. 5 minutes walk to New Malden station and easy access to Waterloo, Kingston, Wimbledon, etc. Also regular, busses to Heathrow, Wimbledon, Kingston, etc. We are very close to the high street and Waitrose, Lidl, Costa, Starbucks, Nero, Post Office, Banks etc.

There is a good gym with swimming, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and Ladies Only exercise room as well as zumba, spinning, Pilates and yoga all for around £24 per month. There is also free tennis at a lovely local park and badminton is nearby

Prefer professionals or student females.

I am Korean/Japanese/ but also speak English, some German and a little French, Spanish and some Chinese. I am easy going and will be able to make the agreement to suite your circumstances although I would prefer at least 6 months let, I will consider smaller times, if you need, in special circumstances.

In general you will have your own space and no limit on Internet/email or time online etc. as we have VERY Hi Speed Fibre Optic connection. You will also have use of a fridge outside your room for drinks and handy snacks etc. as well as use of the clean fully equipped kitchen.
