Guests should be previously agreed.

1 minute walk from 57 bus stop. Total of 5 bus stops with 24 hours access: 57, 231, 85, KU1, KU3. There is also a shuttle for Kingston University. 8 minute walk to Norbiton station which takes 20 minutes to get to central London (Waterloo).

We are a husband and wife with 2 boys, age 7and 9.

The bedroom is goodsize and includes a double bed with sheets and towels, plenty of storage and a table. Microwave, kettle and mini fridge, cutlery and crockery also in the room.

Sole use of modern, fully- kitted, open plan kitchen after 8pm which will be private and quiet. Use of washing mashing and electric dryer.

There is also a separate formal living room with a piano and guitar which you are free to use.

Use of large garden and deck/patio.
