Hi, one of us will be moving out of this fantastic house and need replacements for 4 months ONLY. The double room is pretty big as you can see!

Available from the 24th May to 1st Oct will be 1 large double room in a 4 bedroom houseshare, located between New Malden (zone 4) and Norbition (zone 5) national rail stations.
House is comprised of:
Two toilets and one bathroom.
2 VERY large living rooms
Well equipped kitchen including washer and dishwasher, with one large fridge and freezers.
Large garden area with 2 sheds (see photos).
Central heating.

There's a Tesco Express 2 mins walk away along with a couple of useful shops and the main bus route; the 213 and 57, which will get you to New Malden station in 5 mins or Kingston Bus station in 7 mins. Also, the N87 runs from Trafalgar Square to another stop 7 mins walk from the house.
Trains from New Malden and Norbiton stations (zone 4) take 20 mins to Waterloo and there are about 6 an hour.

BE AWARE: Both this room is available for 4 months ONLY, from 24th May until the 1st October

The rent is £575pcm including all bills (water, utilities, internet, council tax and a cleaner). One months rent as deposit, so you'll need to pay £1150 upon moving in.
