Large double room available on quiet street

We are looking for a professional couple or single person to take the large double room in our house as we are moving out at the end of September. You will be sharing with two other girls who also have rooms in the house. The room will come unfurnished as we need to take our furniture with us when we move.

The house also consists of fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom, garden and, two smaller utility rooms. There are two bathrooms in the house one of which, is just for the double room so you will get your own bathroom.

The house is well located to transport a local amenities with Motspur Park train station (Zone 4) an 8 minute walk away which, runs frequent services to London Waterloo (25 mins approx). A large Tesco superstore is also within a 5-10 minute walk which is great for the weekly shop.

Rent of £650 pcm. Bills are not included and comprise; Council tax, internet, gas/electricity, water, TV. These are less in summer but more in winter with heating etc but usually average around £75 a month per person.

Deposit – £1038. 46. The agency will also have their admin fees for change over of name of contract etc.

No smokers please, no pets, no DSS.

Available from end of September.
