Single bed in a Beautiful household

Hi Guys,

We have a beautiful, newly refurbished 5 bedroom house, in a quiet cul de sac of New Malden.
The house itself is located about 7-10 min walking distance from New Malden train station (25min to Waterloo).
It is in the middle of a quiet residential street, offering quiet & relaxing, family like accommodation. It would be great for someone who is studying in Kingston, or a professional working in the area.

The house itself compromises of a huge, brand new kitchen that extends into a lounge which opens up into a great-sized garden with a shed. There is also a guest toilet downstairs.


The room comes furnished plus there is storage space for anything extra in the shed outside.

Bills are about 50£ ppm – broadband, electricity, water, council tax.
Except for gas which comes quarterly (not a lot).

We are looking for a quiet, nice & most important, tidy person. We expect occupants to follow weekly cleaning rota, and everybody must clean after themselves, especially in kitchen. We would like someone who is like-minded, between 21-30 years old.
As the house is located in quiet area, there is night rest between 11pm and 7am, so no excessive noise is allowed. Person needs to be animal friendly, as we have a little dog. There is no smoking in the house, but a smoking area is arranged in the garden.

Upon moving in, there is one month in front and one month deposit required. Rent is expected to be paid every last day of the month, via bank transfer.
Minimum three months stay and we require one month notice.

WHO LIVES IN THE HOUSE?
At the moment we have two couples, one from South Africa and the other from Slovenia, plus two girls (Hungarian/ Romanian) occupying the single bedrooms. There is also a small half sausage dog that resides here, but she is mostly kept in the room.

We are all professionals, working in SW London, so we are mainly home in the evenings and occasional weekends. We love good food, easy weekends and an occasional drink in the nearby pub, but we also like our own privacy.
