Looking for someone to take over my contract starting immediately until next September for a massive double room in a 3 story house right off the high street in New Malden.

The room can easily fit a double bed AND an artists studio or a small coffee nook. The house has a massive living room, newly renovated bathroom and huge kitchen with tons of counter space for cooking, allowing three people to easily cook at once.

Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. We own the front garden, making it the perfect place to catch some summer sun, plant veggies, etc.

Roommates are all female. 2 are students at Kingston University studying Psychology and Environmental Science. The other works in Advertising. We have a very lovable German Shepard living with us, as well.
