Furnished double room in newly refurbished house

I have a 1 furnished double bedroom in my home in the Motspur Park/New Malden area. The house was completely refurbished two years ago with a new extension at the back of the building. There is a large open plan kitchen and living area. It is a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, gas cooker. I have two refridgerators.

I have a patio decking area onto my large garden which is furnished with tables/ chairs and a barbeque. At the back of the garden is a summer house which I use as a study sometimes but you would be welcome to use that too. It is furnished and has a cross trainer and fridge.

There is some storage space available too as I have large attic.

I'm 35 and a school teacher. I work in Wimbledon. The rent includes all bills - council tax, elec/gas, water, broadband
