Double Room Close To New Malden/Kingston

The room is a double room with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. There is a shared bathroom, shared with the owner (I Rachel live here) I live in the other bedroom but I work away one to two nights a week so looking for someone who can watch my dog and cat on those days.

I am ideally looking for an animal lover who will have a part time job and can look after the animals - hence the low price. There is a resident cat named Jimi who is 2 and a dog named Doris who is 1.

The bathroom is brand new and has a power shower and bath.
The closest train station is 10 minutes walk from the house and is Berrylands but New Malden and Norbiton stations are approx 15 mins walk. The Kingston hospital is also 15 mins walk away.
The 131 bus stops outside the house and there are tons of shops and takeaways on the main road here.
There is a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and oven and fridge.
There is also a medium sized back garden.
There is Sky Tv and internet included but no TV in the bedroom.

We do smoke but mostly in our room and not that much at all.
