We have quite a big garden and there is a parking space available. Minimum stay is 6 months, and we require a deposit of £480. We already have a dog living here so no more pets please. The house is near a supermarket, a hospital and the University, there's also a sports park nearby, a bus stop, and the town centre is about 25 min walk. No couples please.
