We now have an 'apartment' comprising of two rooms joined by a staircase giving an office/lounge space downstairs and a bedroom upstairs, both with central heating. There is a double bed provided however the 'apartment' is for a single person.

The house is very large and has two bathroom/toilets, a shared lounge and kitchen. There is a large garden at the back of the house and it has off street parking for 4-5 cars at the front. The house is tastefully decorated. It has gas central heating, a dishwasher and washing machine and free WIFI.

The house is in a desirable address in Purley in Surrey where there is easy access to London Victoria from the train station which is not far away. There is a village type shopping center with pubs, restaurants and a large, all night supermarket.
