Double room in Purley

I am a sociable professional looking for another professional to rent a room in my newly built flat. Being a teacher I work long hours and like to visit the gym as much as possible. I like to relax in the evenings with wine and rubbish TV or having dinner with friends. I am a sociable person but also one who is happy to have own space.

I would like to live with someone who is tidy and will look after the space they live in. It is important for us to get along and so I would want to meet anyone looking to move in for a cup of tea and chat first.

The flat is situated in a gated compound with a fob entry system so is very secure.
The room has been newly furnished with a wardrobe, drawers and double bed. There is a new bathroom with shower and bath which we would share. The lounge area would be shared and is attached to the kitchen.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to Purley station which has fast and direct links to many popular stations including London and Gatwick. Tesco is a 15 minute walk away. Purley high street (15mins) has a coffee shop, bank, pub, bakery, some takeaways and the local swimming pool.
