Less than 8 mins walk to Purley station with excellent links to East Croydon, Clapham Junction, London Bridge and London Victoria.... or Redhill, Horley, Gatwick and Brighton if you are heading south. London connections are 24 hour!!

Located on a quiet residential street, but close to local amenities (restaurants, shops - Inc 24h Tesco, and night life, plus there is a 24 hour Pure Gym within 50 yards,) the house also has a nice garden with BBQ and Fire Pit!

Second - Hi as a housemate we are looking for a social and bubbly person. We like to socialise within the house and hangout in the living room and kitchen area most evenings and want someone who is looking to do the same thing. We want a housemate who will treat the place as a home rather than just a room to stay in, in a house. A lot of the kitchen equipment is communal so we value those who will be clean and clear up not only for themselves but also help out others in the house.

We all have professional 9-5 jobs mixing between working in the office and working from home. between us we have a mix of active lives between the gym, sports clubs, going to the pub and having nights in watching tv or mates round playing games. We like to have the occasional party so can get loud in the house but also try to respect noise levels within the work week. we like to eat meals together and sometimes have group meals/takeaways.
