Double room in flat in Purley

I am looking for a new flatmate to join myself and my cat in a lovely flat in Purley as my current flatmate is moving out on the 14/02/15.

It is a large double room, with use of own private bathroom (not en-suite). The flat is 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a large shared living room and kitchen.

Kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher.

The flat is on the 4th floor, there is a lift. Also one parking space provided in private car park for the flats.

Security entry system on building, located on Brighton Road in Purley short distance to the high street and Purley train station and a bus stop for Croydon/Sutton/Streatham outside.

I am a friendly and quiet person who is looking for the same in a flatmate or flatmates. I work full time and like to be able to relax on an evening.

I own a very friendly cat, six years old and neutered, but he does not like any other cats or dogs, so I would not be able to accept someone with any pets.

Non smoking in the flat, but ok on balcony.

The total rent on the flat is £1150pcm and the bills total aprox £250pcm including, council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband and to licence. If single person rent is £575 and £125 bills (1/2 costs) or if a couple then cost is £766. 67 (for both of you i. e 2/3 of rent) plus 2/3 of bills.

The landlord requests a reference and the deposit is £575. 00.
