Room to rent in 2 bed apartment!

I am looking for a 25-35 year old male or female to rent with me, in this great, spacious, modern apartment in Purley. It is a 2 bed apartment, not a house share, so you don't have to worry about fighting people for the kitchen or bathroom! Must be clean, tidy, easy going and up for a laugh.

The apartment:
It's a really nice, really spacious and modern apartment as you can see from the photos. The living area is huge so we wont feel on top of each other.
It has a fully functioning kitchen with all the appliances, Oven, Hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.
47" HD TV and a big corner sofa to watch it on. Wifi broadband and Sky.
Kitchen table for 6+
Huge communal garden to make the most of in the summer.

The room:
Furnished, there is a big double wardrobe already fitted with shelves in there too so storage won't be an issue.
There is your own big bathroom directly opposite which is for your use only, so it's basically an en suite with shower, sink and toilet.

The building is set back off the road and is secured with double gates. It's very quiet and safe. There is also lots of free parking on the street which is directly outside which is very safe.
It takes 13 mins to walk to Purley station and a direct train to Victoria or London Bridge only takes 25 mins!

I've lived here for 2 years now. I'm 27, in a relationship (girlfriend comes round once in the week and stays over Friday/Saturdays).
I like to have a laugh, have a few beers and watch the football. I also enjoy playing or watching most sports, i'm very easy going! I'm very clean around the home, I always tidy up after myself.
