Situated in a small private development in central Reigate. 15 minutes walk to Reigate town and Priory Park and 20 minutes walk to Redhill train station. Shared use of fully equipped modern kitchen/dining room and pretty garden. All bills, wi-fi and council tax included. Shared use of washing machine.
We are live in landlords but spend sometime away most weeks. The bedroom is on the same floor as the second living room which you have shared use of. We only use that living room occasionally so you will pretty much have exclusive use of it. Would suit a professional or graduate who requires a high standard of living and wants to enjoy all that Reigate offers. Street parking available.
